1 Definitions

2 Acceptance of Terms

4 Account Registration

To use ijaya88b's real-money services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — for any reason including circumventing bonus restrictions or self-exclusion — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You agree to notify ijaya88b immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. ijaya88b shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

5 Deposits & Payments

ijaya88b accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect), and USDT TRC20.

• Minimum deposit: RM 10 (or the applicable minimum for the selected game or promotion).
• Deposits made via e-wallets or DuitNow typically credit within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during non-business hours.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• ijaya88b does not accept deposits from credit cards issued by banks.
• USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market rate at time of receipt. No MYR conversion guarantee is provided for cryptocurrency transactions.

ijaya88b reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified, is suspected to be fraudulent, or is received from a sanctioned entity or jurisdiction.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to Members who have completed KYC verification. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM 50.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Member's own name and previously used for deposit where technically possible.
• ijaya88b processes withdrawal requests within one (1) business day for verified Members in good standing. VIP tier members may be eligible for accelerated processing.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending completion of KYC, security verification, or bonus wagering requirements.
• ijaya88b reserves the right to request additional documentation (including proof of payment method ownership) before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal fees, if any, will be disclosed at the time of request. ijaya88b currently does not charge withdrawal processing fees, though your payment provider's own fees may apply.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

ijaya88b offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free spins. The following general rules apply to all promotions unless the promotion-specific terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (typically 10x–35x the bonus amount) which must be fulfilled before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonuses are available to one Account per household, IP address, and payment method.
• Certain game categories (e.g., live casino) may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%) toward wagering requirements.
• ijaya88b reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel any promotion, or void any wager placed in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds will be removed from the Account automatically.

8 Betting Rules

All wagers placed on ijaya88b are subject to the applicable game rules and betting limits displayed within each game or market. By placing a wager you acknowledge:

• Bets accepted are final and cannot be amended or cancelled once confirmed, except where expressly permitted by game-specific rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a live game or bet settlement, ijaya88b reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the Member's Account.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per product category. The current maximum single-event payout on the sportsbook is RM 500,000. Live casino single-session maximums vary by table.
• Odds and game results are determined by the relevant provider's certified systems. In the event of a dispute, the provider's system records shall be the definitive reference.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ijaya88b and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence, or any software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or exploitation of provider errors;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or attempting to use ijaya88b for money laundering purposes;
• Using chargebacks or payment disputes to recover funds that were legitimately lost through wagering;
• Creating multiple Accounts or using false identification;

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ijaya88b platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and data — is the exclusive property of ijaya88b or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent from ijaya88b.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

12 Responsible Gaming

ijaya88b is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We maintain the following responsible gaming measures as a core obligation:

13 Account Suspension & Termination

• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Requests received from regulatory, law enforcement, or government authorities;
• Inactive Accounts — defined as Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months.

Upon termination, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonuses not yet wagered) will be returned to the Member via their last used payment method, subject to KYC completion. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon Account termination for breach.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ijaya88b reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, ijaya88b will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to the Member's registered address, or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the change.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming regulatory standards and the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which ijaya88b holds its operating licence.
